Our policy at ArizonaPottery.com is the customer is always right. If you are not completely satisfied with our service or products, please contact us and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. Should you reach our automated attendant please leave a message so that we may call you back by the next business day.

You may return any item within 10 days of receiving it for an online store credit. A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise. No exceptions please! You will be responsible for return shipping costs & packing materials. If an item is damaged when it is received at our warehouse, it is your responsibility to file the claim and a refund from ArizonaPottery.com, will not be issued.

If you are ever dissatisfied with an order, please contact our customer service, so that we can correct the order to your satisfaction.
