Freight Shipping
When shipping larger and heavier pottery, freight shipping is required and a new set of shipping guidelines apply. Please contact us at info@arizonapottery.com for more information.

Arizona Pottery does not guarantee a delivery date on any orders.


Carrier Information
Arizona Pottery On-line will not be held responsible for any damaged goods received regardless of form of trucking used. Examine all goods upon receipt for possible shipping damage, and report any such damage to the carrier immediately. The carrier is responsible for any loss or damage incurred while being shipped, not Arizona Pottery On Line. All damaged goods must and shall be solely the responsibility of the person whose name appears in the Bill To: section of all quotes and invoices. Any damage claims must be filed by said person. Loss or damage that occurs during shipment by carrier selected by Arizona Pottery On line is purchaser's responsibility. Arizona Pottery On Line does not represent or warrant that the items will be shipped or delivered within any specific time frame. Arizona Pottery On Line shall have no liability as a result of delays occurring in the course of shipping as a result of the carrier.

Arizona Pottery does not refund shipping charges.
